About Me

With over 17 years of experience as a psychotherapist specializing in eating issues, I have focused my practice around helping individuals and families recover from these painful disorders.   I work collaboratively with nutritionists, psychiatrists and physicians to insure seamless care and serve as the "case manager", who will keep the treatment team informed and cohesive.  I also work with individuals and their families around issues related to health, relationship issues, depression or anxiety.   My approach is eclectic, with heavy emphasis in cognitive behavioral and family systems approaches.

My private practice is located in Chevy Chase, MD and is walking distance to the Friendship Heights metro.
